Facilitate fundamental, radical and dramatic transformation of the national culture of Papua New Guinea and the Nations of the South Pacific to reflect the culture of the Kingdom of God by mobilizing regional prayer and implement programs and projects in partnership with the Churches and willing stakeholders.
